I'm thinking I could try to do this in felt, if I can get some assistance from my mother. She's good at sewing and dressmaking. No, she's not a "seamstress".

I'm also really digging the seagrass made hats they have there.

That reminds me, I need to get my mother to send up my pirate hat, scarf, earring and eyepatch in the post in time for next Monday.

I have decided to take my 5' by 3' pirate flag to work, and hang it from the top of the mining headframe on top of the museum. Get some pics of me done up, standing with the flag flying in the background, shot from a low angle.
