Speaking of which, I've lined up my costume with the costume shop. Not that I'm expecting people to go to great lengths, but I AM the captain. Chrissy came along with me, and she found a long, flowing dress that's suitably piratey/wenchy for it. My biggest gripe is the hat - it's almost ridiculously pathetic. So I plan to either find, buy a kid's one, or BUILD my own tri-corner.
